Information Sessions for Proposed 2025-2027 Collective Bargaining Agreement
Important: CBA Information Sessions & Vote Details | First Session TODAY (9/10/2025)
Thank you for your continued patience throughout the negotiation process. We are now ready to present the proposed 2025-2027 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for your review.
We will be holding two critical information sessions to walk through all the proposed changes. The first session is this afternoon. This is your opportunity to understand the details that will affect our wages, benefits, leave policies, and overall working conditions for the next two years.
For each meeting, the format will be as follows:

A presentation of all proposed changes to the agreement.

A dedicated question and answer (Q&A) period at the end.
Information Session Schedule
Remote Access For those unable to attend in person, a virtual meeting link will be distributed in a separate email.
Ratification Vote Following these sessions, a secret ballot vote to ratify the new agreement will be conducted online. You will receive your secure ballot via email, using the same confidential process as our standard elections.
We strongly encourage all members, including Probationary Firefighters, to attend one of these sessions to be fully informed before casting your vote.
