County and Municipal (Police/Firefighters) Plan - Burial Benefit
At the beginning of your employment under the County and Municipal Police and Firefighters’ Pension Plan, you will be asked to complete a Burial Benefit Designation/Change of Beneficiary form to designate a beneficiary to receive a burial benefit payment of $7,000.
